1. General purpose and boundaries
Opendria provides premium, immersive conversational experiences inspired by major historical, philosophical, scientific, and artistic figures. The platform is designed to promote curiosity, creative writing, historical exploration, and philosophical reflection.
The service is built upon simulated Large Language Models (LLMs). The dialogue responses, simulated emotional tones, relationship stages, and memories are generated completely by algorithms. They do not constitute actual human communication, human empathy, clinical understanding, or professional medical assistance.
2. Mandatory Crisis Support Resources
If you are in distress, feeling overwhelmed, or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please step away from the application and contact professional crisis workers who can offer real human help. The following resources are verified, confidential, and free to use:
-
Unified European Emergency Number: Call or SMS 112
(Free of charge, active 24/7 in Romania and all other countries in the European Union). -
Romanian National Suicide Prevention Hotline: Call 0800 801 200
(Alianța Română de Prevenție a Suicidului — free, confidential, psychological support inside Romania). -
European Child & Youth Helpline: Call 116 111
(Asociația Telefonul Copilului — confidential hotline for minors, teenagers, and parents, active across Romania and the EU). - International Crisis Helpline Registry: If you are accessing Opendria from outside Romania or the European Union, please consult the global helpline directory at https://findahelpline.com to locate free, confidential support lines in your home country.
3. Prohibited Content and Acceptable Prompts
Opendria is built to be a safe, reflective space for everyone. To maintain service integrity, users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the service to:
- Request, generate, optimize, outline, or encourage suicide, self-harm, cutting, eating disorders, or suicide planning methodologies.
- Generate plans, descriptions, or encouragement for physical violence, weapons creation, cyberattacks, child exploitation, harassment, or unlawful activities.
- Roleplay graphic violence, torture, intimate abuse, or other forms of severe psychological degradation, regardless of historical context or literary intent.
Note: Opendria utilizes real-time semantic screening and safety classifiers. If our systems detect prompts indicating an active self-harm, suicidal, or severe abuse scenario, the conversation will be immediately paused, the simulation will halt, and active crisis helpline options will be presented.
4. Limitation of clinical role and professional boundaries
The dynamic personas in Opendria may discuss historical philosophies (such as Stoicism, existentialism, or classical literature) that touch on emotional themes, suffering, and human nature.
However, the AI is **not** a therapist, medical practitioner, psychologist, or legal counselor. AI responses can contain hallucinated details, emotionally generic loops, or logically sound but clinically unsafe statements. You agree that you will never substitute Opendria dialogues for genuine professional therapy, diagnosis, clinical evaluation, or emergency treatment.
5. User responsibility
You are completely responsible for how you interpret, share, or act upon the generated outputs of Opendria's AI mentors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Romania and the European Union, Opendria and its operator, Ungureanu Cristian, assume no responsibility or liability for emotional distress, reliance on fictionalized AI statements, or adverse consequences resulting from a failure to obtain professional, licensed human crisis help.
6. Minors and educational supervision
Opendria is designed for a mature audience interested in literature and history. We do not provide child-companion features or monitoring services. Minors under the age of 16 should use Opendria strictly under the active guidance and supervision of a parent, teacher, or legal guardian.
